ABC runs a number of programs at Book Expo America (BEA), held annually in New York City in late May or early June.
In 2009, Book Expo America will take place 5/28-5/31 at the Javits Convention Center.

● ABC Annual Meeting — 10:30 –11:30 am

● Tea With Children’s Authors* –1:45-2:45
(Javits 1E10-ticketing through ABC)
● The ABC Not-a-Dinner and (Mostly) Silent Auction –6:45-9:30 pm
(Brooklyn Marriott Ballroom-ticketing through ABC)
Saturday 5/30
● Speed Dating with Children’s Authors* — 11:00am-12:30 pm
(Javits 1A10 & 1A12-open to all)
*Co-sponsored with the American Booksellers Association (ABA) and the Children’s Book Council (CBC). The Children’s Books & Author Breakfast is administered by BEA.
